Eligibility for Refund or Replacement: You are eligible for a full refund or a free replacement if:

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: Your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong product. Please contact us within 3 days of delivery with high-quality photos of the issue.

  • Missing Packages: If it has been over 14 business days and you have not received your order, please contact us. We will immediately open an investigation with our carrier to locate your package and resolve any issues.

Please Note (Exceptions): We cannot provide refunds or replacements in the following cases:
